Position Overview
- Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician
- Enjoy a rural lifestyle in our newest state-of-the-art family medicine clinic with the support of our nearby multi-specialty group.
- First-year pay range: $296,412 to $320,446 plus RVU bonus opportunity.
- This practice consists of two physicians and three advanced practice providers when fully staffed.
- Internal medicine and pain management experience is a plus.
- Standard four-day work week.
- Outpatient only with 1:5 nurse triaged, very light call.
- Lab draw, X-ray, anti-coag, dietary, and behavioral health on site.
- Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support in Moses Lake and Wenatchee.
- 20-25 patients per day.
- Epic electronic medical record.
- Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
- Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
- Clinic hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- J1 Candidates considered.

- Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
- Time off: up to six weeks of time off (for full time, four-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)
- Government site qualified: HPSA Score 13
