HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Family Medicine Clinic in Fairview Heights, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.
Practice Highlights

Qualifications
Education Doctorate-Required Experience Competent in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. Age specific competency is measured by a variety of methods, which may include, but not be limited to, self-learning packets, review of age specific guidelines, direct observation, video, simulation, unit-based class, policies and procedures, or chart review. Certifications Licenses and Registrations Must be licensed for Physician and Surgeon in the state of practice. Must also maintain an Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA when applicable to their specialty. Must have successfully completed or in the process of completing an accredited residency program. Must be board certified or board eligible.

- Access to a nearby HSHS drive through lab and other needs can be accommodated at HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon
- Strong Specialty Care Support
- Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified or Board Eligibility
- 2 years of prior practicing expereince is preferred, but not required.
- Monday - Friday weekly schedule with an option of either working 4 or 5 days per week
- Minimal call through group shared call - phone call only, no call time is spent coming into the clinic.

- 2 year base guarantee
- 20 days off 6 holidays per year
- 1 extra day off is earned each year of service until 10 extra days have been earned with 10 years of service, which would give a total of 30 days off 6 holidays
