We have opportunities in the following locations:
Glens Falls/ Queensbury area. Beautiful, new, state-of-the-art health center. Outpatient only.
Adirondacks -
Ticonderoga Health Center located in a historical area between Lake George and Lake Champlain. Out-patient only with the option to share in coverage of a small rural hospital if desired.
Warrensburg / Chestertown - health centers are located in beautiful towns surrounded by the Adirondack Mountains.
North Country -
Champlain Family Health located in Champlain, NY and has recently expanded into a new state-of-the-art building. Montreal, Burlington, and Lake Placid only an hours drive.
Plattsburgh Family Health located in Plattsburgh, NY. Brand-new health center opened in 2019. Outpatient only.
