Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)orDoctor of Osteopathic (D.O.)
• Completion of an accredited residency inFamily MedicineorInternal Medicine
• ActiveBoard Certificationin Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, orBoard Eligiblefor medical residents
• Active and unrestrictedArizona Medical Licenseor ability to obtain prior to start
• CurrentArizona DEA certificateor ability to obtain prior to start
• CurrentBasic Life Support (BLS)certification or ability to obtain prior to start
• EMR Proficient
  
  

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm(no call, no weekends)
• Manage patient care in an outpatient setting
• Conduct consultations, follow-up appointments, well-checks, and schedule screenings
• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages, primarily adults/seniors
• Average Daily Patient Census:18-20 patients
• Appointment schedule:40 min new patient,20 min follow-up patient visits
• Dedicated support staff of nurses and medical assistants
