SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500 physician multi-specialty group, is seeking a Family Physician to join its clinic in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. This Family Medicine Physician will join our team at our state-of-the-art multi-specialty clinic.

The Opportunity:
- Well-established primary care team of 4 Physicians & 5 Advanced Practitioners
- Full time opportunity (.8-1.0 fte), outpatient only practice
- Telehealth option of doing day of virtual visits after 6 months
- On-Call: phone only, and 1 weekday night/month & 2 weekends/year; triaged by a skilled nurse
- Multi-specialty clinic includes services provided by 20 specialties
- EPIC EMR
