Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG)is a physician led and accountable 650 provider multispecialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for aFamily Practitioner (MD/DO)to join a robust clinic-based practice and work full-time at itsGarrity clinic.
Saint Alphonsus Garrity Family Medicineis dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients and is conveniently located in close proximity toSaint Alphonsus Medical Center – Nampa.
The clinic recently moved to a brand new, state-of-the-art 16,000 square foot facility with on-site imaging. Other services at this practice location include pediatrics, occupational medicine, and urgent care. Opportunity to practice full spectrum OB with 24/7 coverage is available.
The schedule for this full-time opportunity is a traditional clinic work week, Monday through Friday, 32-34 hours of scheduled patient contact time. OB optional.
Practice call is shared with other providers, approximately1:16.
Support:Hospital Support – 24/7 Anesthesia; ED; Clinic on the Hospital Campus; hospital system resources; Clinic Support – large clinic with 8 Family Medicine Providers, 3 Pediatricians, 2 Urgent Care Providers, and 1 Occupational Medicine Provider.

Requirements for this opportunity include:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
- Board certified or obtain certification within 3 years of employment .
- Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases.
- Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
