The Dayton Beach, FL Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic is recruiting Primary Care physicians! You will be responsible for the clinical care of our adult Veteran patients. Coordinate the service for routine as well as Code Triage care or emergent care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) to provide comprehensive, coordinated, continuous care to a very manageable sized patient panel. You may be assigned to either the Primary Care, Complex PACT Primary Care, or Interim Primary Care Team. If assigned to the Complex Team, you will carry a cell phone from 7-8 am and 4:30-9pm Mon-Fri. Experience in an outpatient care setting within the last 2 years preferred.
