- Manage postoperative care, including performing rounds and providing ongoing assessment and management of surgical patients.
- Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, and order appropriate diagnostic tests.
- Provide inpatient care in both surgical and surgery center settings.
- If in an operative role, assist in all procedures, including advanced robotics.
- New York State licensed PA or NP (RNFA).
- DEA Eligible.
- Strong surgical and inpatient/acute care experience.
- For operative positions, 1-2 years of first assist experience is required; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply for our resident positions.
