Job Summary:
CarePartners is seeking a geriatric physician to join our Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
Qualified Candidates:
- Board eligible/certified
- This is an independent role and candidates must have experience treating geriatric, internal medicine or mental health patients
- Please note that this position does not offer visa support
- Schedules is M-F 8 am to 5 pm with on-call coverage
- Performs procedures necessary to implement plan of care; consults with interdisciplinary team regarding patient assessment findings
- Discusses patient plan with patient and family
- Develops and revises patient education programs and evaluates effectiveness of learning
- Participates in clinical research and reviews current literature and demonstrates application to clinical practice
- This is an employed position with HCA Healthcare
