Position Description:
The Levine Cancer of Atrium Health is a unique institution designed with the innovative vision to deliver outstanding cancer care across the Carolinas, building upon its strong network of affiliated hospitals and providers. At LCI, there are more than 200 cancer doctors experienced in treating the full spectrum of solid tumor and blood cancers. With training from some of the nation’s best cancer programs and expertise in treating even the rarest and most challenging cases, our specialists have the knowledge and skill needed to best treat our patients.

Position Description:
- Outpatient, Infusion center
- Full-time (40 hours)
- Day shift, Four 10 hours shifts, 8 am- 6 pm Monday- Friday
- No nights, weekends, or call
- May perform bone marrow biopsies in an outpatient setting
- Graduation from an accredited NP program. Must be Acute Care NP. Current license to practice as a NP in North Carolina.
- Current prescriptive privileges and DEA license required. BLS for healthcare provider from AHA required.
- Nurse practitioners are required to have a master’s degree or doctorate in nursing practice.
- 1 years of experience preferred. Hematology/Oncology experience preferred but not required.
- Demonstrates appropriate critical thinking and interpersonal skills when working in a fast paced, high acuity work environment. Able to perform thorough history and physical assessment. Able to work with multidisciplinary team.
