We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.
Work Setting: Tertiary care facility with over 30 specialties and a full complement of acute and primary care services.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, four 10-hour shifts. Combination of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and procedures. No formal call schedule, but primary oncologists must be available for questions after hours.
Patient Mix by Age: All ages.
Patient Volume: 8-12 per day

Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in both Hematology and Oncology

- General Hematology and Oncology
- Large volume of GI – stomach, biliary and colorectal cancers
- Unique spectrum of lymphomas – more T cells than B cells; fewer cases of CLL and multiple myeloma
- Increasing hematological malignancies – leukemia and hybrid lymphomas
Requirements:
Licensure: Alaska medical license (or ability to obtain)
