- Days position
- 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 7-12 hour shifts per pay period (biweekly)
- One weekend per month required
- NYS Licensure and DEA required
- Board Certification
- 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Compensation range: $141,108 - $166,508 (based on 2184 hours annually)
- Note: The salary range reflects starting total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift compensation, and other potential bonuses.
