Position Highlights –
- We are seeking experienced APPs to work at Baystate Medical Center, our 716-bed flagship hospital located in Springfield, MA, the region's only level 1 trauma center.
- Responsibilities include rounding, admitting, cross-covering and strong multidisciplinary collaboration.
- APPs work closely with our physician hospitalists and APP educators to provide evidence-based clinical care to a diverse patient population.Practice autonomously while benefitting from strong physician support.
- Dedicated APP leadership will support your ongoing professional development.Our competency-based orientation will equip you for a successful career in hospital medicine.Opportunity to develop as an educator working with APP students and new grads.Involvement in clinical research and QI opportunities is also available for those interested.
- Both day rounder and nocturnist positions available.
