- 12-hour physician coverage in house from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- 12-hour telemedicine coverage from 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. allowing our hospitalists quality of life
- 7-on /7-off block schedule
- Manageable daily patient census offering low-stress and quality practice
- Nursing staff and hospital administration that fosters a culture of patient and clinician engagement
