Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily rounds and patient assessments
- Manage care for step-down patients, including critically ill individuals in need of specialized attention
- Perform lines and intubations when necessary
- Communicate regularly with patients' families to provide updates on patient status
- Collaborate with an entire multi-specialty support team to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation
- Must have the ability to perform lines and intubation if required
- At least one year of acute care or hospitalist experience preferred
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or similar
- Active NJ medical license and DEA
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
