- Manage their own caseload with shared cross coverage as needed for our endless patient volume
- Base pay determined by your time, commitment, efficiency in care, documentation and claims
- Medical and Malpractice insurance; CME allowance
- Little or no outpatient responsibility
- No private office overhead
