Froedtert South is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Infectious Disease physician to join our team. We welcome candidates who have experience, expertise, and passion in this area. With that said, we are incredibly flexible and welcome recently trained fellows.
A typical week would include office hours, inpatient rounds, and procedures. There is a call requirement for evenings and weekends for office patients and inpatients.

All Adult Infectious Diseases Including:
- Bone and Joint Infections
- Fever of Unknown Cause
- HIV Treatment
- Mycobacterial and Fungal Infections
- Post-Operative Infections
- Sepsis and Other Critical Care Infections
- Skin and Soft Tissue Infections
- Tick-Borne Infections
- Wound Care
- Patients who are receptive and compliant
- Updated facilities and resources
- Supportive administrative team to assist in practice growth
- Collaborative medical staff
Relocation assistance is also available.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid state of Wisconsin medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in the specialty-specific Board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
- Completion of an ACGME accredited Residency training in Infectious Disease
- Completion of an ACGME accredited Fellowship in Infectious Disease
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to keep an open mind
- Innate curiosity, determination, and drive
