Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary health care to patients
- Assess, implement, evaluate, and coordinate care plans
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
- At least 1 year of direct clinical experience
- BSN or MSN required
- Active licensure in Massachusetts
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- For Physician Assistants: Must be accredited by the American Medical Association
- Comfortable using new technology and software such as eClinicalWorks/Athena EMR
