- Location: provide primary care across two skilled nursing facilities in Los Alamos and Las Vegas with flexible scheduling options
- Diverse patient populations: treat a variety of patients, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Build meaningful relationships: create long-term connections with patients, fostering continuity of care and improving their overall health outcomes
- Deliver comprehensive primary care: provide care for both short-term and long-term patients in a supportive post-acute care setting
- Manage chronic conditions: diagnose and treat chronic diseases, develop personalized care plans, and provide expert medical guidance
- Collaborate with healthcare teams: work alongside other healthcare providers to offer well-rounded, patient-centered care
- Educate and empower: share your knowledge with patients and their caregivers, promoting healthy lifestyle changes and proactive health management
- New grads welcome: experience in primary care or post-acute care is a plus, but not required; we're open to new talent eager to make a difference
- Active NP license: must have a current, unrestricted NP license and DEA, or be in the process of applying
- Uncapped earning potential: our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $94,000 and $164,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential
