Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our primary care team at our Greeley Medical Office in Colorado. Located approximately 50 miles northeast of Denver , at the confluence of the South Platte and Cache la Poudre rivers, Greeley is a more rural community with a growing downtown with a number of coffee shops, excellent restaurants and breweries. Public art displayed around town with lovely parks that feature lakes, streams & waterfalls. Fishing and hiking along the Poudre river Trail and mountain views.
