The Department of Neurological Sciences at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha is recruiting a physician with expertise in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology. In this faculty role, you will join behavioral neurologists, advanced practice providers, nurse case manager and support staff who evaluate and treat over 1,200 unique patients a year. Our team of clinicians, scientists and educators are dedicated to saving lives, relieving suffering, and reducing the terrible impact of neurological disease on our patients, families, and community.
Our faculty have NIH-supported research programs investigating Alzheimer s disease (AD) and related neurodegenerative disorders. Nebraska Medicine, our hospital partner, has been recognized as a High Performing Hospital in neurology and neurosurgery for 5 years by U.S. News & World Report. We have access to high quality brain imaging and biomarker testing, neuropsychological assessments, infusion centers, and social work support.
