This busy community practice has seven physicians, ten midwives two NPs and 2 LCSW's that cover three offices and one hospital. Currently, the group has offices in Middletown, Dover, Milford and Rehoboth Delaware. Hospital care and deliveries are done at Bayhealth Medical Center Kent Campus in Dover and most of the group's surgery is done at the Delaware Surgery Center in Dover. Call will be 1:9 or 1:10 with full-time midwives taking first call.
The practice offers a competitive compensation and benefit package along with partnership track. Practice has upwards of 2,000 deliveries per year along with a full service surgery center downstairs from main location.
