AdventHealth Medical Group East Florida is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a specialization in Hand/Microsurgery to join our established orthopedic practice. This position offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team of subspecialized orthopedic surgeons across multiple campuses, providing a connected system of care throughout Volusia, Flagler/St Johns, Lake, and Sumter counties.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality orthopedic care with a focus on Hand/Microsurgery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including access to rehabilitation resources, fitness centers, and surgical support groups.
- Develop and maintain a robust patient base within the local community.
- Ensure clinical excellence and a patient-first mindset in all interactions.
- Utilize advanced orthopedic treatment options and cutting-edge rehabilitation plans.
- Board Eligibility/Certification in Orthopedic Surgery through ABMS or AOA.
- Strong interest in developing a practice and seeing a high volume of patients.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Eligibility for an active Florida medical license.
