- Shared call rotation among the group
- 24/7 Hospitalist program support at MercyOne, a Magnet Recognized hospital
- Built-in referrals (including referrals from surrounding rural offices), ready-made patient panel
- Current team performs the following procedures: MAKO robotic-assisted joint replacement surgeries, hand surgery, spine surgery, general orthopedic surgery, and surgeries related to fracture care.
- Physical therapy, physician medicine & rehab, and hand therapy services offered onsite
- Shareholder eligibility after the first full calendar year
