General Otolaryngology Summary

• 100% general otolaryngology opportunity in Glen Ellyn and Hoffman Estates
• Average approximately 70% adult patients and 30% pediatric patients
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Team includes 15 otolaryngologists and 5 physician assistants
• Walk into an established practice with a LARGE patient base and be busy from day one
• Call is 1:15
• Call will be at Edward Hospital and Central DuPage Hospital
• 2 year track to partnership/shareholder
• EPIC EMR

Otology Summary

• 50% general otolaryngology and 50% otology opportunity in Glen Ellyn and Lombard.
• Average 2 days/week in Lombard and 1 day/week in Glen Ellyn but schedule is flexible
• 70 % adult and 30 % pediatric patient base
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Team includes 15 otolaryngologists and 4 physician assistants but continues to grow
• Full audiology support with the ability to do cochlear implants
• Walk into an established practice with a LARGE patient base and be busy from day one
• Call is 1:15
• Call will be at Edward Hospital and Central DuPage Hospital
• 2 year track to partnership/shareholder
• EPIC EMR

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-year shareholder track

• Catalyst stipend of $2,500/month while completing training
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $450,000 - $500,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $475,000 - $650,000.
