We are seeking a full - time, compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join our dynamic healthcare team in Richmond, VA. As a Pediatrician, you will provide high-quality, comprehensive care for children from infancy through adolescence. You will play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and preventing a wide range of pediatric illnesses and conditions while building strong relationships with children and their families.

We are seeking a full - time, compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join our dynamic healthcare team in Richmond, VA. As a Pediatrician, you will provide high-quality, comprehensive care for children from infancy through adolescence. You will play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and preventing a wide range of pediatric illnesses and conditions while building strong relationships with children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care for infants, children, and adolescents, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and developmental screenings.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses, injuries, and conditions affecting pediatric patients.
- This is a full - time position that will consist of 36 clinical hours and 4 hours of built-in administration time.
- Total on call days per month average 3-4.
- Each provider is assigned one primary rooming nurse to assist; all are trained in pediatric care to provide support to their primary provider.
- The practice is staffed with CMA and LPNs for clinical support. The practice leans on providers for clinical education to teach and broaden the skill set of the clinical team.
- Practice is equipped with a full onsite laboratory.
- BE/ BC Certified provider
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Virginia (or eligible to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children and their families.
