Position details
- Integrated primary care team member providing brief 20-30 minute interventions for a wide variety of health and behavioral concerns in patients of all ages in a family medicine clinic, working alongside family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners and clinical staff
- Works closely with primary care providers and staff using the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model to develop and implement treatment plans, increase patient s access to behavioral health care, and provide on the fly consultation for providers.
- Applicants should have an interest in or experience with brief evidence-based interventions, team-based care, a wide variety of presenting concerns, and diverse patient populations.
- Full time opportunity, clinic is open and staffed Monday Friday from 7:00 am 5:00 pm
- No call obligation
- Education Required: PsyD, PhD, LCSW, or LCPC must have active Montana licensure or ability to apply for/receive licensure prior to starting employment
