Our highly experienced clinicians deliver the most up-to-date, comprehensive care in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine and sleep medicine. LVHN functions as a major referral center for communities within a 50-mile radius, providing advanced therapies such as extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and other forms of cardiopulmonary support, advanced bronchoscopy procedures (linear and curvilinear EBUS, navigational/robotic bronchoscopy, laser therapy, etc.) and other therapies.

- This position is located in beautiful Scranton, PA.
- Work alongside two experienced PA-Cs
- Primarily outpatient pulmonary opportunity
- Some inpatient pulmonary and critical care coverage at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Dickson City
- Physicians average 15-18 patients per day. Clinic hours are typically 800am to 430pm
- There is no overnight call coverage for this position.
- 1:4 weekend call
- Opportunity to attend resident and fellow lecture series and participate virtually.
- PCCM education has been a key component of the Division of Internal Medicine, and it has been recognized as one of the network’s top teaching experiences for residents, medical students, and fellows of other specialties.
- High-quality, state-of-the-art PFT lab, including spirometry, body plethysmography, DLCO, MIP/MEP and nitrogren washout
- Collaborative approach to patient care
- Advanced bronchoscopy including linear and radial EBUS and robotic navigational bronchoscopy
- Positive work environment prioritizing team, wellness and community
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
- A valid PA Medical License, or ability to obtain one, is required.
