The UT Health East Texas Pulmonary InstituteinTyler, Texas, is seeking anAdvanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join its Outpatient Pulmonary Team.
Requirements:
The UT Health East Texas system is comprised of nine hospitals, more than 90 physician clinics, over 500 employed providers, 13 regional rehabilitation facilities, two freestanding emergency centers, six urgent care clinics, regional home health services covering 41 counties, an EMS fleet of more than 60 ambulances and four helicopters, and a comprehensive seven-trauma center care network, including a Level 1 trauma center. Our primary service area has a population of over 600,000.
Requirements:
- ACNP-C; FNP-C; or PA-C with a background in acute care medicine
- FNP-C or ACNP-C w/ previous RN ICU experience will also be considered
- Outpatient-only
- Join a welcoming team of 6 physicians and 5 APPs
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- No Call/No Weekend requirement
- Average patient load 14-18 daily
- Tyler is the primary clinic with some secondary clinic coverage (4-5 days/mo)
