CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group is searching for a Urology Physician to join our Lexington practice. The candidate will join our Urology service line practicing in an inpatient and outpatient environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. More details about the opportunity include:

• Da Vinci Xi Robot available;
• In-House referral system and large primary care referral base

Responsibilities

• Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities.
• Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards.
• Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility.
• Educate patients on both clinical and managed care.
• Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate.
• Function as an effective clinic team member.
• Meet productivity standards.

Qualifications

Education:

• Board Certified - or eligible.
  
  

License/Certification:

• Kentucky Licensure.
  
  

Pay Range

$195.39 - $336.72 /hour
