We are currently seeking a Design Operations Manager to support our creative team as part of PLI's marketing department. Our ideal candidate has a holistic understanding of production processes and design systems beyond a specific platform, is skilled in creative project management, resource management, digital design, print production, and can assist our designers in Adobe and Figma.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Manage (PM) day-to-day design department operations
- Understand legacy production processes and migrate to a digital platform
- Implement design direction 360 degrees, from digital to print
- Manage communications with project owners
- Assist the team with design projects
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Brand asset management (print and digital)
- Other duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION
85,000-$90,000 per annum (Exact compensation offer may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills and work experience.)
