Prado Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Management Analyst to support our asset management team. This role is critical for the successful analysis, management, and optimization of our diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets, including multifamily, retail, and office properties. A significant portion of this role will involve setting rental prices for our multifamily portfolio and optimizing revenue. The analyst will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure the strategic goals of the organization are met.

What You’ll Do :
Revenue Management and Pricing Analysis :
- Optimize revenue generation through full utilization of company systems and business processes for a portfolio of multifamily apartment communities.
- Assist in establishing and implementing pricing, revenue optimization, and leasing strategies based on market conditions and revenue targets.
- Analyze occupancy, exposure, expirations, leads, visits, net leases, and seasonal market trends.
- Conduct revenue management review calls for regional portfolios and provide analytical support to asset and property management teams.
- Monitor competitor pricing and strategies, maintain an understanding of local markets and demand conditions, and conduct ongoing rent and product analyses to ensure appropriate positioning relative to competition.

What You’ll Bring :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate. Experience in the multifamily and retail sectors and direct asset management experience a plus.
Skills :
Travel : Ability to travel (25%) as required to oversee projects and coordinate with teams and partners.
