Administrative Manager (Naval Support)

Praescient Analytics is seeking a highly organized Administrative Manager to support a Department of Navy contract by overseeing office operations, personnel tracking, security compliance, and classified document management. The ideal candidate will have DoD administrative experience and a strong understanding of Navy policies, correspondence tracking, and facility security requirements. This position will be on-site in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative operations for senior leadership, including calendar coordination and meeting support.
• Oversee classified document handling, correspondence tracking, and travel logistics.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and NAVWAR security policies for classified materials and personnel access.
• Support Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), eCRAFT financial tracking, and SharePoint management.
• Maintain contract reporting, administrative databases, and official correspondence.
• Coordinate with Government Security Officers and Facility Work Group Representatives (FWGRs).
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative functions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in DoD administrative management.
• TS/SCI clearance (active or eligible).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Navy correspondence processing, security requirements, and travel regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and document tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting NAVWAR, NIWC, or Navy program offices.
• Familiarity with classified material handling, SIPRNet, and Defense Information Security System (DISS).
• Prior experience in Navy contract reporting and financial tracking

Salary at Praescient Analytics is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $88,000.00 to $125,000.00 (annualized USD).
