Praescient Analytics has an immediate opening for a Financial Intelligence Analyst, Lead to support the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division (CTD) in McLean VA. As a Financial Intelligence Analyst, Lead, you will play a critical role in intelligence production by analyzing threat data related to individuals, illicit financial networks, and unregistered money service businesses that pose threats to national security. This role requires U.S. Citizenship and an active security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use sophisticated software to map relationships and uncover intelligence insights.
- Conduct proactive and reactive analyses on individuals, networks, and entities.
- Research financial and corporate records from databases such as Dunn & Bradstreet, Accurint, LexisNexis.
- Utilize Sayari tools for mapping corporate networks.
- Trace and analyze financial transactions using Chain Analysis Reactor and other tracing tools.
- Investigate illicit financial facilitators, including those involved in weapons trafficking and bulk cash smuggling.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial intelligence (FININT), anti-money laundering (AML), and banking regulations.
- Proficiency in cryptocurrency tracing and social network analysis.
- Experience with developing intelligence reports and analytic products aligned with Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) tradecraft standards.
- Experience with leading and managing teams.
- TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph (must have)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
