Praescient Analytics is seeking a Project Manager to join our team to support the IRS's Information Technology Control Tool (ITCT) contract. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an MBI clearance.
This position will be remote but must be able to be onsite for any required meetings.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, deliverables, and milestones in accordance with IRS timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of the ITCT application rebuild and SA branch modernization initiatives.
- Serve as the liaison between the IRS and the contractor team, ensuring transparent and proactive communication and ensure compliance with federal policies, IRS IT governance, and security guidelines.
- Provide project status reports to the COR and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Oversee mitigation planning and risk management, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage project budget, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure project stays on track and within scope.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and transition planning to IRS personnel during contract closeout.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for quality assurance and performance reviews.
- Requires US Citizenship and an MBI clearance.
- Must possess experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
