They should be a self-starter, problem solver, and quick with detailed recall. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, content distribution, and audience engagement to expand the reach of PragerU Kids.Duties and Responsibilities : Oversee project management and coordination for the Kids Marketing team, ensuring PragerU Kids campaigns are completed on time and meet specifications and designated KPIs.Collaborate with key team leads, including Social Media, Email, Website, YouTube, Partnerships, and Paid Media.Work closely with and report to the Director of Kids Marketing and VP of Kids.Coordinate campaign deliverables with cross-functional teams, including Education, Design, Production, and Data, to ensure alignment and timely execution.Maintain a basic understanding of social media and email marketing strategies.Facilitate the flow of weekly and monthly reporting to the Director of Kids Marketing and VP of Kids.Support additional projects and tasks as assigned by management.Successful Candidates Will Possess : 2-5 years of experience preferred in marketing, digital media, or a related fieldProficiency in Excel and Google Docs (Sheets and Excel), basic Project Management softwareExperience in social media management, email marketing and website managementShopify experience is a plus!An aptitude to function within deadlines while working both independently and within a team is essentialExperience writing simple correspondence such as emails, letters, and chat, in a concise and professional mannerPleasant and professional phone mannerMust be a team player that can work independently and effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication, organizational, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsMotivated, self-starter, organized, and effective communicatorHow to Apply : First review our website at www.prageru.com . Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
