What are the responsibilities and job description for the Events Coordinator position at Prairie Arts Center?
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and highly professional individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. The successful candidate for this position will oversee event rentals and planning. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Event Coordinator will oversee all aspect of event rentals which includes booking, contracts and management, setup and teardown, overseeing bar, possible bartending and managing our Gift Shop. The Event Coordinator will provide support to the Executive Director with daily operations and assist with fundraisers and events.
The Event Coordinator must be motivated, flexible, organized and able to handle multiple events simultaneously.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
