Travel Nursing Role for Telemetry Unit

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health status and needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments, ensuring effective coordination with physicians and specialists.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate documentation of patient care activities.

Additional Requirements:

• A valid nursing license with experience in an Acute Care setting is required.
• Telemetry or Progressive care experience is necessary, along with familiarity with computer charting systems.
