- We are seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine Doctor to join our team at the Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center in Oregon.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Conduct routine check-ups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests.
- Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and professional guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including histories, examination findings, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Manage urgent medical issues and provide timely interventions.
- Prescribe medications and provide guidance on over-the-counter options.
- Perform minor surgical procedures as required within the scope of family medicine.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
- Comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care when necessary.
- Offer telehealth consultations to support patient access and care coordination.
