**Job Overview**
Prairie Band, LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Unitah and Ouray Health Center in Fort Duchesne, UT.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 pm
- Full Time Hours
- Up to 1 year contract with extension options
As a Family Practice Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. Our ambulatory 40-hour facility is staffed by physicians, physician's assistants, nurse practitioners, and dental, optometry, and psychology providers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conducting physical examinations and medical assessments
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribing medications and treatments
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Providing patient education and counseling on health and wellness
**Requirements:**
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Valid medical license and BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in primary care
