We are seeking an experienced Federal Construction Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal Government, DoD preferred, Construction Project Management, including Design/Build and Design/Bid/Build IDIQ-type contracts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage construction project schedules using MS Project and Primavera.
- Evaluate scopes of work and drawings to plan procedures, start and completion times, and staffing requirements for each phase of construction.
- Perform take-off and evaluate subcontractor feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum Five (5) years in Federal Government, (DoD preferred), Construction Project Management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school in Technical Field.
- Proficient in developing detailed line-item construction project estimates using both subcontractor/trade quotes and quantity take offs from drawings or site walks.
