We offer a $750 Hiring Bonus for new Team Members and $60 in gas gift cards during our onboarding process. Additionally, we offer an additional $1 per hour for hours worked from 6pm to 6am!

Performs all aspects of dealing assigned games.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:
- Deals all games according to procedure manuals
- Maintains games protection procedures over casino gaming cheques, playing cards, and equipment
- Sustains friendly, supportive and enthusiastic appearance towards guests
- Adheres to Department appearance standards
- Displays positive acceptance of demanding scheduling needs
- Create teamwork by helping co-workers with essential functions
- Assists in maintaining a spotless environment by disposing of any cups, glasses or bottles left behind by guests
- Adheres to regulatory, departmental, attendance and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same
- Must attend additional dealer training upon request
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass a company audition demonstrating adequate gaming propensity
- Must successfully complete and pass a math aptitude test
- Must possess and utilize excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team across departments and levels of management
- Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
- A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations and be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino including the Table Games Pit
- Must have a sense of urgency and keep up with fast paced business practices
- Must be able to work calmly and professionally in stressful situations
- Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust
- Excellent vision including peripheral for game security, required
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift, up to 10 hours with breaks, required
- Must be able to meet the level two or light work requirements based on the Department of Labor Dictionary of Titles: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently
