As a Personal Care Assistant Coordinator, you will coordinate the provision of daily personal cares, medication administration, community activities, money management, meal preparation, laundry assistance, and leisure activities to individuals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and implementing daily care plans.
- Providing instruction and support in food preparation, clean-up, and sanitary practices.
- Assisting individuals with personal cares, grooming, and dressing.
- Administering medications and treatments once trained.
- Communicating with supervisors, families, and other stakeholders regarding individual needs and progress.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You must pass DHS background clearance.
- You must have a valid driver's license.
- You must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand the English language while conducting company business.
