CyberArk Analyst/ Admin -PAM
Long term Contract
Naperville/ Chicago, IL - 3 days hybrid
Our direct client is looking for CyberArk Admin or Analyst brining in PAM expertise.
1.CyberArk Administration and Support:
- Second-Level Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex CyberArk-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient resolutions.
- Privileged Access Management (PAM): Oversee and manage CyberArk PAM solutions, ensuring the secure and effective onboarding and offboarding of privileged accounts.
- Account Management: Create and manage domain-based and local administrator accounts, aligning with security policies to ensure compliance and mitigate security risks.
- Session Management: Handle session management errors and ensure seamless access to critical systems, providing necessary support for session recording and monitoring.
2. Automation and Scripting:
- PowerShell Scripting: Leverage PowerShell to delete safes, unsuspend accounts, and automate resolution tasks.
3. Reports and Documentation:
- Activity Logs and Reports: Generate and manage critical reports, such as activity logs, inventory tracking, and User Access Reviews (UAR), ensuring adherence to internal security controls and compliance.
- Knowledge Base Creation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base to improve troubleshooting efficiency for both L1 and L2 teams.
4. Collaboration and Incident Management:
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with server teams to resolve issues like failed password reconciliations, ensuring proper synchronization with CyberArk systems.
- L3 Team Escalations: Collaborate with higher-tier technical teams (L3) for escalated CyberArk issues and critical security incidents, offering assistance during security breach investigations and ensuring adherence to incident response protocols.
5. Security Monitoring and Compliance:
- Security Monitoring Tools: Utilize Microsoft Defender and McAfee for system health monitoring, security alerts, and ensuring system compliance with organizational security standards via ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO).
- Digital Certificate Management: Oversee the lifecycle management of digital certificates, including support group changes and certificate renewals.
- CIncident Response: Monitor security alerts and provide timely responses to any incidents within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring swift issue resolution and minimal downtime.
