Datacenter Analyst

🚨 Our direct client is hiring: Data Center Analyst | Onsite in Rochelle, IL 🚨

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Hands-on data center operations (cabling, racking/stacking, troubleshooting)
• Run meetings and act as a light project manager
• Use tools like ServiceNow and DCIM platforms
• Support migrations, builds, logistics, and work directly with vendors
• Weekend work: 2-3 Saturdays/month for change windows
• On-call rotation about once a month
• Be the go-to person onsite—sometimes working solo

🛠️ What You Bring:

• 5 years of data center experience
• Strong skills in structured cabling, space/power/cooling planning, and hardware migrations
• Solid understanding of network and electrical infrastructure
• Experience with ServiceNow, DCIM tools (like Device42 or Nlyte), and basic project tracking
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable, organized, and excellent communicator
• Comfortable with occasional OT (with prior approval)

📍 Location & Schedule:

• 100% onsite in Rochelle, IL
• Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm
• Travel to Naperville, IL as needed (mileage not reimbursed)
• No remote work
