Are you a detail-oriented Litigation Attorney looking for a fast-paced role where your expertise in subpoenas, e-discovery, and litigation support will make a real impact? Our financial client is looking for a General Litigation Attorney to help manage 200-250 legal matters a month, primarily focusing on subpoenas, garnishments, and tax levies.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage end-to-end litigation processes – from e-discovery to document review, input, and production (no admin assistance).
✅ Respond to third-party legal matters, including subpoenas, garnishments, and tax levies.
✅ Work hands-on with e-discovery tools like Everlaw (experience in Relativity or similar platforms is a plus).
✅ Analyze legal requests, assess compliance requirements, and draft responses to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
🔹 Must-Haves:
✔️ Licensed to practice law and in good standing.
✔️ Litigation experience (civil, family, criminal, or grand jury cases—no corporate law).
✔️ Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation skills – ability to work effectively in a small team.
✔️ Ability to manage high-volume litigation matters efficiently and independently.
✔️ Subpoena experience preferred – but if you’re a quick learner with strong litigation skills, they’ll train you!
