Do you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment? We're looking for a Loan Processor to join our client's Wire Operations team and assist in the processing of wire payments, transfers, and SWIFT messages.
As a Loan Processor, you'll be at the heart of high-risk operations, handling exceptions and repairs for incoming and outgoing wires. Your work will ensure smooth transactions and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
✔️ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
✔️ 2 years of related experience
✔️ Quick learner with strong attention to detail
✔️ Open to training and assisting the team
✔️ Experience in Payment/Data processing
✔️ Knowledge of Wire payments and Swift Messages
✔️ Experience in a Processing or Administrative environment is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Repair incoming wires to post to appropriate accounts and general ledgers
✔️ Repair outgoing wires with proper routing
✔️ Monitor work queues and perform related functions
✔️ Communicate with internal partners about wire issues like duplicates, status codes, or risks
✔️ Respond to emails regarding wire status inquiries
