We’re hiring a Service Enablement & Assurance Lead to support one of our top financial clients in Chicago. In this role, you’ll lead the charge on operational excellence, compliance, and risk across enterprise platforms like Microsoft 365, Proofpoint, and Zoom.

🔍 What you’ll be doing:

• Owning audit, risk, and compliance initiatives across messaging collaboration platforms
• Leading incident response and playbook creation for major disruptions
• Holding vendors (Microsoft, Proofpoint, HCL, Wipro) to high standards—SLAs, KPIs, and beyond
• Building out monitoring, reporting, and performance insights for leadership
• Driving alignment on security mandates, DR testing, and service optimization

✅ What you bring:

• 8 years in messaging/collaboration tech, IT governance, or service assurance
• Hands-on with M365, Exchange, Proofpoint, and vendor accountability
• Familiar with NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, and similar frameworks
• Experience leading incident management and risk mitigation efforts
• Confident communicator with sharp analytical skills

Bonus points if you’ve worked in large financial firms or managed complex SaaS environments.
