Looking for a Change Management consultant for our client in Chicago,IL
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Organization Change, Organization Development, Communications, or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education and / or training)
- 2 years of relevant work experience in business readiness, leading change management, functional training, organizational design, communications or organizational development, project leadership and / or management consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to work successfully with teams to complete high quality deliverables within tight time lines
- Understanding of how people go through change and the change process. Familiarity with and understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office tools is a necessity. Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Miro, Viva Engage) strongly preferred. Familiarity with multi-media, design, and publishing tools a plus.
- Agile Proficiency preferred
