Job Title: Due Diligence & Issue Management Specialist – Third Party Risk Management
Join our direct client's Third Party Management Office (TPMO) as a Due Diligence & Issue Management Specialist, supporting the execution of a robust third-party risk management program. Reporting to the Due Diligence Lead, you'll work directly with business units and outsourced teams to guide and oversee all stages of the third-party lifecycle—from planning through termination.
This is a central role within the first line of defense, requiring strong leadership, communication, and a deep understanding of third-party risk, regulatory requirements (US or UK), and the Three Lines of Defense model.
What You'll Do:
- Drive due diligence execution across all lifecycle stages (IRQs, DDQs, monitoring, etc.)
- Guide business partners through program requirements and risk mitigation
- Manage escalations, track open issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate across teams to maintain quality and compliance
What You Bring:
- 10 years of related experience in TPRM
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (OCC, FFIEC, PRA, FCA, etc.)
- A relevant certification (CTPRP or CTPRA) is a plus
